Apparel Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer returns.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items must be returned in unused condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@v8ranch.com and send your item to: V8 Ranch, Inc., Post Office Box 338, Boling TX 77420, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping of Semen
Purchases for semen through this store includes the price of the semen only. This price does not include additional certificates, nor does it include any necessary shipping or freight charges required to get the semen to your ranch.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive via email a Sales Agreement to sign. After signing the Sales Agreement, the semen will be released in approximately 3 business days. We will release the semen in your name at the respective semen centers and you will be copied on the email. Our semen is stored at either Brushy Creek Custom Sires (512) 352-7444 or Elgin Breeding Service (512) 285-2019. It is your responsibility to contact the semen centers to make your shipping arrangements. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
